INGREDIENTS: Napa cabbage, Korean radish, onion, green onion, garlic, ginger, stock (shiitake mushroom, kelp, Korean radish, onion, green cabbage), sweet rice flour, gochugaru (red pepper flakes), kosher salt, sugar.

Amazing kimchee

This is honestly the best kimchee I’ve ever eaten - vegan or otherwise. Very fresh and full of rich flavor at the same time. I had a taste in a store and immediately bought the big $25 bottle. Going to order some more right now!

So delicious. I can’t eat a lot of kim chi because most has shrimp paste as an ingredient and I’m allergic. But Sonyo’s kim chi is vegan and we use it to make fried rice and tofu stew.
